Part was delayed in delivery, but that wasn’t Sears fault. When part came in my repair was scheduled. Repair man ran a little late but kept me updated on his arrival time. Trying to contact the warranty department was difficult on their phone line.

He was polite, easy to understand and answered my questions. He was here to install a dryer part that had to be ordered (a few weeks ago) at a service/ diagnostic call, and he remembered me.
