Part was delayed in delivery, but that wasn’t Sears fault. When part came in my repair was scheduled. Repair man ran a little late but kept me updated on his arrival time. Trying to contact the warranty department was difficult on their phone line.

I received updates on appointment time and a call from technician prior to his arrival. James was thorough and very informative. He discussed issue and solution with me and provided helpful tips on maintenance. Excellent experience!
