Alexander did an excellent job. He was very patient because my mother is a senior citizen. He took great care in getting the oven repaired.

From start to finish I there was information on what was being done. Everything was explained thoroughly and professionally. Great job!!

Technician very polite and explained everything as he did repairs. He knows what he is doing. Found problem and fixed it. Cleaned everything up as needed. Would and will ask for him again if I have a problem.
