He was very through and explained everything and even though it was late he showed up and took his time diagnosing the problem.

When technician arrived, he wanted to settle the payment before entering the home (which is odd) and sent me the link to pay. Upon payment online he started looking at the Airconditioning system (one unit was) not cooling and able to detect the issue and resolve the issue by replacing the Capacitor.

Alejandro did a very good job. You have a problem with scheduling and timing window that you give for the service. Mi first appointment Saturday the 4th, I waited the entire day, you keep changing the hour and finally cancel the service and gave me another appointment 2 days later without consulting agin from 7am to 6 pm. This systemn may work for a "house wife" that stays at home all the day long but not for people that work or need to go out for other chores. Most companies give a window of 2 hours that is reasonable.

The assignment was to fix the ac unit. A large amount of Freon was added. Alas, the unit is still not cooling and I was not provided with a written summary of the work completed.
