Didn't bother to read notes or contact us before coming out and went to wrong address. Instead of calling or texting, chose to just cancel job leaving us once again with no fixed appliance. Would give a zero if possible.

I've been waiting since 0800-1200 today for Alejandro to show up, but he still hasn't arrived.... it's now 1:00pm, he is an hour; Service Order # 10905775, Service Date 08/19/2024; when I called Sears Home Services, they said "call Choice Home Warranty as they are the ones who ordered the service; however, I've received direct emails and text messages from Sears Home Services confirming the appointment for today..... I'm not at all satisfied with the Services provided by Sears Home Services.

The technician did not come at the scheduled time. It looks like He arrived an hour earlier when no one was available at the house and left. SO no repair was done

First time my Appointment was on July 29th. Technician passed by my house while I was standing and waiting for him by the door but he drove off. I thought he's coming back but never came back. I called the agent and they said he didn't have my unit# so they said they will send him back but after 6pm, he didn't come back so I called again but he closed his work order saying he didn't have unit# on the second time but he had my phone# but never called me to ask where my place is when he arrived. I even left text and voicemail right are he drove off but never heard back from him or returned. I finally got another appointment today on 8/5 and saw technician arriving soon on tracking system they sent but I didn't see anybody came to my house on my security camera but I received receipt by email saying my repair completed. Now I'm waiting for Rep to answer my call as I'm on hold for more than 20 min now. Same technician that was assigned for the 3rd time did no show. I do not want to have Edwin C to be my technician to come out to my place ever again. My repair is still pending. Update: since they couldn't reschedule me, my home warranty company has contacted them again and requested to make urgent appointment but they booked me on 14th. I have to wait another 7 days. I waited more than 2 weeks for urgent request and I have to wait another week for technician after technician no show 3 times.

NEVER SHOWED UP. Scheduled an appointment for refrigerator repair today between 9 AM and noon. It’s now 5 PM, and the technician has not shown up yet (5 hours after promised appointment window.) Online appointment tracker has been steadily delaying our technician’s ETA all day long - currently ETA is 7:35 PM!! No way to reach a human to check status and no way to cancel online. Never again!!

I had a repair to my oven. In the process they move my stove out and fixed it. Before the guy left he told me to sign something that states the job was complete. The screen didn’t have anything on it but signature area. He ask me to sign something else where he had to obtain the part. He left after that. I came into my kitchen to see my floor had a deep scratch. The joker knew he scratched my floor and basically had me sign something stating it was preexisting. It was not there before he came. I have to now fight with Sears to get my wood floor fixed. You can clearly see this is where they moved the stove in the picture. Don’t let this happen to you. Monitor their every move.

He never showed up to appointment. I was advised by Sears personnel (Julia) in benefits department that the technician need to put on the "Smart Sheet", that "parts are no longer available". When this smart sheet is received, it would be passed along to District Manager for replacement. I spoke to Tad by phone, after my appoitment time and he indicated the unit will not be replaced without pulling the circuit board, sending it off. This could take a month, with a 50/50 chance of working. I explained the 1st service call for the oven was Nov 17, 2023, & it this was the case, the circuit board should have been pulled then.

The two technicians diagnosed the issue with my HVAC system right way. Unfortunately, their attitude was quite rude saying “you caused your own issue”. They removed two dirty furnace filters that caused my system to shut down. They were clear that I needed to replace them but were vague about where to put the new ones in. They made no attempt to educate me so I could install new ones. Overall, while their technical skills were great, they were not kind nor focused on helping me. I wish they would have said “here is the issue” then shown me where exactly to put the 2 filters. As it stands, I have 2 new filters and while I tried, I could not see where to install them. The goal should be a “help mentality” instead of bonking me in the head verbally and leaving me unable to finish the job. I am very unhappy. These two men need more customer service training in my opinion.
