EXCELLENT serviceman is Raul - he listened to all my concerns and took care of every issue - he was patient in his communications with my hearing loss and listened to my husband while he was working - he gave me info on how to order a new filter basket for my washer - a GOOD man that helped me not feel so mad at Sears for how they tortured me throughout a 3 month ordeal with repairing my washer; that issue is STILL not closed - A++

Kelvin was the first technician that did not run away from doing the job. I feel all the others just kept ordering parts, so they would not need to do the job. I want to say more then half of the parts were not needed and Kelvin took back with him. To bad not all your technicians are not like him. The rest left me with a bad feeling of Sears...
