Professional services once they show up. There was quite bit of confusion with ordered/received parts whereas the technicians kept rescheduling appointments without notifying customer and office failures to note that customer has received parts for installation. Matters of this nature needs to be worked out without prolonging installation. It took basically almost 3 weeks to complete my repair service.
