Scheduling is easy and I have had experienced and knowledgeable technicians who care. In my three experiences so far I have had three different technicians and to me they are "the best of the best".

EXCELLENT serviceman is Raul - he listened to all my concerns and took care of every issue - he was patient in his communications with my hearing loss and listened to my husband while he was working - he gave me info on how to order a new filter basket for my washer - a GOOD man that helped me not feel so mad at Sears for how they tortured me throughout a 3 month ordeal with repairing my washer; that issue is STILL not closed - A++
