Overall rating

Paul came over to repair a loud noise coming from the dryer. He repaired it but the dryer is not getting hot. There was nothing wrong with the dryer heating. Now another day without my dryer.

He did his job but seemed to be kind of moody. He took it upon himself to sign all the invoices that I was supposed to sign. I had to leave so he should have given the invoices for my husband Tony to sign but he did not. Not sure why he did that.

He was very abrupt he told me it would be 250$ or more to have him service it. I fix it myself.took few minutes to fix used vacuum cleaner to suck the water out and clean the drain ..it was easy enough he made me feel like I was stupid ..if he would have been nice enough on the phone I would have had him come look and get a estimate . But I didn’t want him near my home ..he must have had a bad day I didn’t need this type person around me

Mr. Roman came to check my refrigerator and told me before we do anything to the fridge, we should check the breaker. The breaker was shut off then he guided me how to turn it back on and the machine started working. Technically he dib not fix anything. The next day the refrigerator shut down again so I called him several times, left the message he never responded. Just wanted to let y’all know Don’t use any services from Sears

Terrible experience, I wasted all morning and half of my afternoon to receive the technician for him to offer his service. My washer has not been working since May 21st and it is now June 10th, on June 5th they had offered me an appointment on June 10th from 8 AM to 5 PM so I accepted. I call on the day of the appointment since the technician had not arrived at 8 or 9:45 AM like they had said, no on picked up my call so I got a new text message saying theta my appointment has been rescheduled at 10:40 AM so I keep waiting then I receive another text message that my appointment has been rescheduled for 11:19 AM. This seemed very strange to me so I called Sears and they told me that this entire time my appointment was never in the system, the person didn't do anything so I wasted all my day waiting for these people to solve this problem that's been going on almost for a month and the thing is, if I wasn't a loyal responsible customer I wouldn't be talking, calling, or posting this review but since I am I believe I am in my full right to talk about this. I will never recommend Sears service to anyone because these people are unreasonable, irresponsible, and lazy. This is the worst service ever.

Not pleased. After refrigerator stopped working over the weekend. We had no less than 3 attempts at appointments. Two scheduled appointments, the Technician nor Dispatch ever called to inform us, the Technician would not make the schedule appointment. On the third appointment, only after multiple calls, the Technician showed up. He spend no more than 15 minutes at our house. He merely pulled frozen meats out of the freezer, and replaced the back panel cover, which we had taken off for him in advance of his arrival. The Technician did nothing. Essentially told us the refrigerator was working. We would have to report the problem again if the refrigerator did not work.

Tech came out and gave a diagnostic test for my air conditioner .. Decided not to get it fixed but went ahead and paid for the diagnostic.. The man charged my card once that day and then charged it again the next day. It put my account in the negative. Called and called customer service to tell them about it.. They did absolutely NOTHING.. Called the technician that came out and he gave me a 800# to call.. No Sir that is NOT how you are supposed to conduct business.. DO NOT!! DO NOT I REPEAT USE THEIR SERVICES.. and if you do.. Do Not use the technician JAYDEEP G.. I GIVE THEM NO STARS only thing is it had to be at least 1 given to post this review
