Tech came out and gave a diagnostic test for my air conditioner .. Decided not to get it fixed but went ahead and paid for the diagnostic.. The man charged my card once that day and then charged it again the next day. It put my account in the negative. Called and called customer service to tell them about it.. They did absolutely NOTHING.. Called the technician that came out and he gave me a 800# to call.. No Sir that is NOT how you are supposed to conduct business.. DO NOT!! DO NOT I REPEAT USE THEIR SERVICES.. and if you do.. Do Not use the technician JAYDEEP G.. I GIVE THEM NO STARS only thing is it had to be at least 1 given to post this review

Horrible experience and ultimately had to file a complaint with the BBB, and Attorney General's Office. First technician told me I needed a new control panel for my range, which was ordered and paid for through Sears. When the part arrived two weeks later a different technician did the installation of the control panel and found that the new control panel was not needed and did not fix the range. This technician ultimately couldn't figure out what was wrong with the range. When I asked him to remove the new control panel in order for me to return the part, he told me to keep it and Sears would refund my $700 purchase. A refund was never provided and I have never been able to get a hold of any Customer Service. Everything is 100% automated.

Larry has been out to my parent's home and so has Jose.. Larry came twice then Jose.. they both do not know what they are doing... so they sent a expert technician hopefully the 20th of this month it will be taken care of... god help us with the people you guys send to the home... well see how the next visit the 20th of this month will go

The technician was fine. I think this service overall is very expensive. The one fee for a house call is not taken off of any services that are performed and what turned into a simple cleaning job cost me almost $200. I didn't know this until after he left the main burner I use the flame is so high now I can't use it on the high setting. So, overall expensive service call.

The technician Roberto is not knowledgeable and he is not professional at all. Took him 2 hours to install our refrigerator compressor and still not working.

Did not know how to close service order to get the replacement and would cost more to fix it then replace it . Also this has been going on since June this is now October.

I've been waiting for a month to actually get my washer repaired and all the technicians you have sent out have yet to repair it. They always have. Some kind of excuse of why they can't repair it. Can you? Get someone that can actually repair it to come out. The last technician said I need someone from GE to repair it. Can you please send someone from there out. I am extremely dissatisfied with the experience that i've been going through for a month. No one should have to wait this long to get their wash repaired.
