Sears reputation at its lowest

The representative’s customer decorum was repulsive!! He never let me know he was finished with the job and simply walked out. He never let me know what was wrong with my appliance and would never answer any of my questions regarding the job at hand. He simply had a bad attitude about the experience created by Sears not sending out what he may have needed.
