Very professional repairman came and fixed my washer. Had it worked on twice before for the same problem and they did not diagnose correctly, but he saw on the report what it was doing and even brought the correct part and I did not have to wait for the part to be ordered and have a return visit like I did on my refrigerator and previously on the washer. Very pleased with the work and how quickly he fixed my problem.
