Vance turned up right on schedule and set straight to work on an AC unit that simply quit working. He diagnosed the problem (start-stop capacitor failure) and fixed it with parts he brought with him in minutes. Very professional. Very efficient. Very friendly. Wish every service technician met the expectation standard Vance just set. Absolutely the best service response ever in more than 60 years of dealing with repair companies and technicians.👍
