The Sears repairman was on time for the service call, efficient and quickly diagnosed the problem. He was very courteous, and attentively listened to my description of the issues. I love Sears, I love Sears appliances, and I love Sears service for the rare occasions these well made appliances do require service. I rated Sears 5-stars only because it is the highest I could go. we have the annual maintenance plan for our washer ad dryer. Scheduling was easy, service tech was very friendly and informative. It was very reassuring to have the appliances get a tune up. Will continue with the service for sure.

Excellent support. Serviceman arrived and inspected Dishwasher. Parts were ordered and all arrived in 3 days. Followup repair service was set and completed. Dishwater is back fully functional. Very nice service man.
