Fridge was making puddles! We just renewed the warranty, so I called Sears and they scheduled service quickly. It ended up being a clogged drain line, and was repaired easily under warranty. No complaints!

Setting up the appointment online was amazingly clear and easy. The technician came early within the timeframe window I had chosen. He quickly identified the problem with my dryer and replaced the two small parts that had burned out due to a clogged dryer vent. Now that I have cleared out my vent, my dryer is working better than ever.

The technician came to do an annual maintenance, it was very fast, and I didn't was informed about what exactly he will be doing. Anyway, he did his job, and I hope everything keep working good.
