Terrible service. less than a month later my dishwasher is not working again, the same issue and I cannot get someone from Sears Repair to talk to me and let me know what to do, they want me to pay a Service Fee again for something that they already suppose to fix. By the way the computer on the calls sucks! GET A HUMAN TO TALK TO YOUR CUSTOMERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Straight trash. Would have gave no stars if possible. No diagnostic. He took 5 minutes and copy pasted a report stating drain pump/filter assembly. Told me that would be 690 before taxes for the repair. Talk about price gouge for 79.00 ge oem part next day shipped for a tilt and 2 screws and 2 hose clamps with line obstruction. Now keep in mind I called knowing I am to paying for convenience and wasn't home. I declined the work paid the diagnostic called another to find my machine is covered under warranty as the drive motor is out and drain pump repair would of done nothing but drive up the bill. No professionalism at all and tech was a joke and my wife even called him out for sighing and muttering under his breath a lot and just general rudeness.

Tech was scheduled to arrive between 8-12. I was still waiting at 1 PM and received no communication. Tried to call, but could not talk to a person so I canceled the appointment. This is after I received no less than 3 texts in the days leading up to the appointment asking me to confirm the appointment.

First off, the app stated michael the technician would arrive by 842am, he did not arrive until 930am The technician stated damage to refrigerator bin was cosmetic instead of what it truly is, and that is functional damage. if a bin is cracked and cannot hold items, how is it cosmetic? and because of how he relayed this to the insurance company, they denied the claim. too bad you can't do zero stars on this review

This $50 off coupon for the service should be accepted. Service fee should be charged $69 instead it was charged $127. That is completely unacceptable. The electronic control board is available on sears parts direct which i have found myself online. He said that this item is discontinued. Furthermore, sears do not have live agents available so I can't even make a complaint against this technician

Complete ripoff. Look elsewhere charged almost $600 to order a part on Amazon that cost about $50.00.

Repair person did not know what error on control board was or how to fix. He called someone else to find out what the error meant and how to fix it. The error indicated a problem with one board but he said both the panel and control boards needed to be replaced. He seemed inexperienced and be to be trying to sell warranty package with a 1,100 repair. Said Fridgidaire and Kenmore were not quality and wouldn’t last. Funny he works for sears and says Kenmore not a good product. I called another oven repair shop for 2nd opinion. This was a waste of time and money and still no oven to use. Very unhappy with service
