Setting up the appointment online was amazingly clear and easy. The technician came early within the timeframe window I had chosen. He quickly identified the problem with my dryer and replaced the two small parts that had burned out due to a clogged dryer vent. Now that I have cleared out my vent, my dryer is working better than ever.
