Charles was quick, like I barely got off the phone with Sears customer service and he was already out at my house within an hour, if that! I was pleasantly surprised. He was very efficient and let me know what the issue was and the solution. Great customer service too (on the phone) and in person. Thanks Charles!

Roman was kind and Courteous. He identified the cause of the problem and fixed it rapidly.

Raymond was knowledgeable and friendly. Gave good advice on the next best course of action. I did not enjoy the continual automated messages. Took me two hours to connect to a human. Unacceptable.
