Out of common courtesy any tech that comes to a customer house especially with Covid should have to shoe coverings and wear a mask without having to request it’s called house etiquettes

Service was good. Your scheduling was bad. First, you told me 10-12 then you changed it without telling me. I had to call to find out the new time. By changing times without notifying me ruined most of my day.

Even though he was to service the refrigerator, dishwasher, and clothes washer, since he had no knowledge of refrigerators, he had to reschedule the refrigerator for someone else next Monday. Why was a service person sent that couldn’t service the three appliances that were scheduled? Very poor customer service!
