The technician was great. Part did not work and I am still waiting on a refund. I have spoken with several and they say it is pending. I have been waiting sine April 3rd. I am really disappointed. It only took 5 minutes to come out of my account. Just unbelievable. After the owner suggested I contact them. I was still given different phone numbers. I even went looking for the address. Couldn't find it. Just so disappointed. Just would like to receive what is owed to me.

The service person came on time, identified the problem but can't do anything else. Refer to electrician, electrician came, your house looks fine. My fridge is still leaking along with all the problems

Technician arrived on time. Spent some time diagnosing the problem and it seemed even longer putting an estimate together. My confidence in his expertise waned the longer he remained on his phone. From beginning to end of visit he referred me to homeowners warranties for appliances - appreciated the information at first, but after the third recital it became tedious. Declined the overly priced estimate - cost comparison indicated it was $150 - $200 over the typical price.

Tech called at 9:15 am to let me know he would be there in 15 minutes. He finally showed up at 10:45. Wanted to find out part that I needed even though I had 3 previous phone calls from Sear's to determine if part had arrived. Installed new part, but then we could only get crushed ice and not cubes. The tech questioned me 10 times about whether we got cubes before. I responded to each question with a 'yes', but he kept asking. He finally said he had a different part in the van and replaced that on my unit & everything worked. Now the charge was going to be almost $200 more than original quote because of new problem (and that was with a 20% discount he was going to give). Told him that part worked fine before the repairs started, but then he asked me again if I was sure it worked........Haven't paid yet.........

The technician was on time and very professional. However, he was NOT able to repair the problem, yet I was charged for a service call. This does not seem very fair and makes me worry about future problems.

inside package had a part that was incomplete and was not sealed in a bag with a stock number had to order a part from an appliance repair man
