The ĤVAC technician did his job very well. That is why I gave him the high score. What made me angry is when answering question about why he was charging me an extra $140.00 he had an attitude after telling him I was not angry at him only the process. When he was finish he did not want to talk to me and ask for my husband to sign his paperwork and then asked my husband any questions like I was not in the room. SAD CUSTOMER SERVICE BUT KNOWS HIS JOB.
