Kevin was very friendly, efficient, and very knowledgeable on Sears home warranty plans. He made me feel very confident in trusting Sears as being a great company that provides exceptional resources and services for the entire house. I have had bad experiences previously with purchased home warranty. It has been hard for me to trust any company after that. I hope and pray my relationship with Sears home warranty is a long one.

Michael was efficient and replaced the new parts without any difficulty. However the customer service is too automated and it is very hard to talk to an agent . This is very frustrating.
