The Sears repair team came out twice and was not able to fix the Goodman AC unit but they walked me through the process of the unit on why it can't be fixed. We asked if Sears can provide us with a new Unit and the repair guy called his sales to come out the same evening for us. The sales representative Kerry was able to guide us through the whole replace process and we were able to get a Kenmore unit the following day. The repair of the Goodman AC didn't follow through so Sears refunded us the original repair cost.
