The tech did a great repair to get the ice maker working again. My complaint is with Samsung for marketing a unit that has an ice maker that will never work without repairs every 3 or 4 months.

Great experience. Repairman was courteous, friendly and helpful. Although it was very late in the day (5:30 PM) and his last call, he treated us as if we were his first. Completely satisfied with the whole experience!
