Technician was courteous and professional....arrived at the very last minute of my appointment time; and checked the refrigerator out as well as cleaned behind the back cover of the unit.

The service was excellent. The tech showed up as promised, called ahead of time as promised and knew exactly what the problem was. The fridge was a 3-year-old Kenmore Elite but made by LG and had a known defective compressor. LG has warranted all the parts in this model for 10 years but we had to pay for the labor which was very reasonable.

The repair man did an outstanding job. The scheduling and routing people need to learn what customer service is all about. Twice they either changed the schedule without my approval or didn't show up at all.
