Received a call when Repairman was on his way. Tech ID 0245555 was polite & explained what was wrong with my DRYER & what had 2 be replaced. WORK was done quickly & efficient. I will recommend Sears Home Services to others.

The Service man came right in the middle of the 4 hour window. He was very well mannered. He ran the diagnostics and agreed with my assessment. He apologized about how long changing the pump would take--it is in a very strange place inside the washing machine--but I thought he was quick and the place was spotless when he left. I was very happy and will call again if I have a problem.
