I have only used Sears Appliance Repair twice, once on my LG dryer 3 years ago and just last Friday on my LG washer. Both experiences were great. Marcus was the technician on my recent service call and after my initial explanation of the problem that I was experiencing, he quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me a printed estimate of the work needed. He was prompt, courteous, and professional. It has been four days now and I use my washer every day. The problem seems to have been taken of. You can’t ask for much better than that. The Sears price was actually less than LG would have charged. I will use Sears again.
