Service technician was contracted to Sears he did not drive a Sears repair vehicle. He did an excellent job. I wish he had been there to go to bat for the customer on a freezer that went out 4 days after warranty ran out. With a lot of work, I got 20% off the cost of repair.

As indicated, the service personnel came on time and performed the task very timely and diligently.

Our dishwasher was no longer heating up during the drying cycle. It was under extended warranty. A technician came to the house and diagnosed the problem but had to order parts. Another technician came the following week to install the new parts. The control module that had been sent was a rebuilt part and did not work properly. Fortunately the technician had a new one in his truck and it worked with no error codes. The technician also had to troubleshoot some issues with the sensor but the dishwasher is working fine now.

The work that was done was accomplished well. Far too much communication regarding the visit. Emails, phone calls, text...too much. And you got it wrong!
