Repair tech no. 1 arrived on Monday. Said the pump on the washer needed replacement. Charge of $468. He replaced it and left. Tuesday I tried to use washer and the drainage problem still existed. Called and Wednesday technician no. 2 arrived and said I needed two new controls at $298 each. Then he tells me they can’t get one of the controls, so he can’t fix washer. I told him to remove the replaced part and refund my money. He said “call the office”. After three calls to the office they finally agreed to send out Tech no. 3. I am waiting on a credit to be issued. Cost of parts would have exceeded the cost of replacement of the washer which I now have to do anyway, plus the aggravation and gross inconvenience of three days waiting on their service personnel.

I called them only. They do not service tools, so i did not use them. They could not even provide me with a place to get what i needed.

Up to their old tricks again. Repairs are minor, less than a couple of dollars, BUT not these guys, they want to charge me the cost of a new refrigerator to replace a fan motor- this is NOT a case of "paying them for what they know, but paying for what they can charge you". SEars Applicance isn't customer oriented, they're "dollar oriented". I'll not use them again!!!!

The repair guys aren’t the problem with this company. Don’t sign up for anything go get an appliance that doesn’t have to be fixed by this company. No parts to fix anything and the customer service is the worst. Don’t recommend them. Even the repair guys tell you how to not use their services.

The flap where ice comes out was old and disintegrating… that’s all that needed repairing. The repair guy comes and beats on the plastic shoot with a metal-looking paddle and leaves gashes there… and also, suddenly the ice maker doesn’t produce ice. I’m disappointed.

Not happy at all with the service I received. The tech was sent out on behalf of my home warranty company. He refused to fix my appliance and left. He was only interested in selling me a Sears appliance. I’ve already called my home warranty company to notify them of this rude and unethical behavior.

Dryer is not drying clothes. The heat cycle is not properly working. 3 technicians have told me that if the heat comes on the dryer is working. Today they told me to use the Timed Dry cycle. Why do I have to guess how long to dry a load of clothes or 3 towels. We purchased a dryer with these features and it has worked properly for years. What kind of company policy dictates that if the heat turns on then the dryer is working regardless of the situation. NONSENSE!!! The technician will not even look at the washer because it is next to the dryer and a wall. They installed it.

The technician, Edwin, left on his own when asked to not “BANG” on the window. I also asked Edwin if he objected to putting on gloves and shoe covers provided by us ( the home owner. ( All equipment of the homeowner is new and sitting in the foyer of home.). He said “No” to the request and left. I explained that I had never experienced this problem before from any service technician of Sears, Homedepo, etc…. I also explained that I had underlining health conditions. He was y empathetic and dismissive. I would get ve this rating a “0”. I called the service center three times. Has I not called I wouldn’t have known the tech was going to run later. No COMMUNICATION!

They failed to show up on appointment time three times. Still waiting for a technician to show up. There is no way to contact right person to update the schedule after missing the appointment time. I finally spoke with someone who was not helpful at all and selling a different Sears service regardless my feeling. I wasted so many hours to wait for no shows. Very poor system.
