It took more than 3 weeks to get a dishwasher repaired. Just making an appointment took more than 30 minutes as the person on the line insisted in getting a detailed description of the problem and after more than a week the technician showed up without the broken spare part and without the required tools to fix the reported problems. Very annoying and disappointing.

A service repair Sears Representative came to my home to repair my Elliptical machine. The Representative claimed a part needed to be ordered and he would be back once the part was in. I waited several weeks and then called Sears to inquire when the part for my machine would be in. I was given the run around for about 3 months that the part was on back order. I requested my refund of $105 because Sears did not fix my machine. I never received my refund, but they did cancel my service. I found another Elliptical repair company that came out within a few days and fixed my machine without any new parts. I will never contact Sears for any repairs again.

Did not fix problem. More than 8 visits on same problem. You don't fix and don't authorize replacement either. What is the maintenance agreement and lemon clause good for if you don't honor it?

Sears made me wait one week to repair my Kenmore Elite and it is still NOT cooling after compressor replaced! Also, now I have MORE issues! The icemaker smells like gas, water dispensor not working and no ice. I called again to have them send someone out due to the smell of gas and NOTHING! I am beyond disappointed and wish I could give zero stars. I see why the stores went out of business. This is horrible.

The problem was not with the tech. He found he freezer needed to be replaced. I was o have recd. a call from Protection Agreement Benenfit Administration by June 10 about replacement. It ia 6/15 and no call. I have been waiting on hold for a combination of over two hours. This is unacceptable. I have been on hold this time for 50 minutes. I need someone to communicate with me.

Repairman arrived after the 4-hour window of appointment. No contact via phone or text expecting late arrival. Did not attempt any repair, just said no parts were available for this model. Very disappointed he wanted the full inspection fee of $128.82, which I will refute.
