Kyle was a wonderful young man that gave attention to detail, and was also excellent in communication. He gave a great deal of time diagnosing the issues and formulation of a plan to solution. Very grateful of his customer service and for choice home warranty for sending him out.

Alberto was professional, polite, on time. He diagnosed the problem, submitted supporting documentation and received authorization from FAHW to order parts. When the parts arrived he came back to repair the refrigerator the next day. He replaced the compressor, drier, and a valve. He spent less than 2 hours on the repair and the results are wonderful. The refrigerator is cooling properly and very quiet. 10 stars!

Called in the morning and repair technician arrived early afternoon. Discussed problems and concerns and repair didn’t take long once machine was disassembled enough to find problem.
