Your company has a problem with delaying or canceling service. In the past I have had to contact another company to finish repair. Wayne talks to much and really needs to work on customer service skills. Very argumentative. Too long of a time period to get problem fixed or decide it can't be repaired, June 11-July 30.

He did absolutely nothing. Took our $65 copay for choice warranty and he did not nothing to fix our problem. Days they don’t blow the pipes anymore. ALSO said it was a plumbers problem and choice is denying our claim.
