Hussein arrived in a timely manner, i.e. there was a 4 hour time window and he was early within that time frame. He also called ahead. He asked several questions and performed a complete inspection of the washer, and quickly assessed the problem. He corrected the problems and gave me tips to avoid a reoccurrance, as well as how to avoid unbalanced loads.
