After 3 visits by Sears technicians and 2 cancellations, Harvey finally fixed my refrigerator. He arrived around 6:30pm and finished around 8:30pm. I appreciate him working late to get it solved. Sears needs to do a better job at scheduling!

Stuart was very professional and friendly. He evaluated our dryer but I found it was too expensive to fix. We decided better to get a new dryer. He kept us informed on his arrival and was not pushy or rude. Thank you Stuart.

The technician was perfect five stars. Sears as a company now is garbage. In my opinion. I've never spoken to a person and needed to a few times. Artificial intelligence is not the end. I'll be all of Customer service. You guys need to get your act together. Absolutely horrendous customer service when you can't talk to a human being no matter what you do. So one star for sears five stars for Colin.
