Satisfactory performance
The technician was on time, friendly, knowledgeable, and rectified the problem according to the situation as he explained it. I do not know if it is rectified permanently as only time will tell, but his explanation seemed logical and he was able to effect a solution that should provide uninterrupted service for a long while.

I wish this review could be on more than Timothy and the other man. EVERYTHING besides them was less than a one star....would give it negative stars. It was singularly the worst customer service issue I've had in my entire life. someone should read this review.
