Refrigerator Repair worse than before it was repaired.
My refrigerator issue is not resolved. It's worse now. At least before the temperature would drop to normal. (37 degrees) Now it's stuck at 54 degrees and all my food will go bad. I called sears to schedule a callback and they are making me wait till Wednesday (today is Monday) to schedule another tech, by then all my food will have gone bad. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.

Refrigerator
I can't get a number low enough to rate the tech because he never showed up. I was informed by HWA that Sears suddenly realized they couldn't repair an LG appliance two weeks after they were assigned the service. There doesn't seem to be anyone at Sears that is capable of getting anything done. My refrigerator has been down almost 3 weeks.
