Zero Diagnostics Performed
Tech showed up and told us to Call LG Directory. He didn't even bother looking at the fridge and perform any diagnostics what so ever. I just paid $140.00 for 5 minutes of non-sense!! Sears Tech by far are masters of Switch and Baits with it's customers.

No one ever showed up
Then I got an email saying that we were not home. They gave us a repair window from 7am-6pm, would not narrow it, then never even showed up.

Air conditioning service
Very pathetic. Never recommend this provider. 2 times rescheduled service with a week gap. Service person closed ticket without providing service but charged full amount. Contacted Sears Home service support on this issue, they are telling we cannot do anything. Internal approval process takes 1 week duration. Very bad customer support and service.

Worst customer service.
We have had very bad service to nou understanding what language the service rep was sating to having three appointments rescheduled/ we started the process several weeks ago.

Rude and wasn't transparent
Hussein stated my washer's door was leaking because of mold. However water isn't coming from the door. It's coming from underneath. It's clearly mechanical. He then said he saw the leak after he took the door off and it's coming from inside the door. He then began to argue with me while on the phone with your representative. He was rude and he's professional.

The other service tech saw that the key pad was bad and this service tech was probably lazy in not installing the pad and took it with him !
