Not happy
I couldn't wait 3 weeks for AC repairs in 100 degree weather. I paid out-of-pocket for repairs three weeks ago. That repairman replaced a motor, and put in 2 pounds of refrigerant. He stated I have a leak in the system, and my coil needs replacing. Today's repairman stated that home warranty will not approve a coil until the leak causes the system to fail. I had hoped my warranty company would have done the right thing in this circumstance. Apparently not.

Refrigerator repair
The technician put his filthy tools on my counter where I cook!!! He should have put them on the floor!!! Also, he stuck his hands and a filthy screwdriver inside where the ice is made!!! There is no way to sanitize that!!! If he had not put a new one in we would have had a major problem!!!! Teach them better!!!!

AC service
AC did not work after being repaired , had to call back again to reschedule for a 2nd time. Tech should have tested and made sure AC was cooling down

Bad experience
Horrible service. Has no intention to resolve issue He writes foreign contaminants into a sealed system. Argued from the moment he got. Before starting the service. After, payment collection method. Mentioned check would work and then said card later.

terrible
We waited 6 days to have someone come out to the house, the first thing he says is "im not touching it". His communication skills are poor. I would not have him, or your company back to my house.

Ice maker problem
The ice maker is still broken. It won't dispense ice through the door. It still leaks from the inside of the ice maker compartment. Need someone to come and fix it!

Rude Service Tech
A service technician has been dispatched five times for the same problem. This is the third time the service technician who was here today was dispatched to repair this problem. He has been rude every service call and today argued that the problem was not covered by warranty because it is an electrical problem. I contacted my electrician who corrected his assessment that I did not have a surge protector and gave him a full explanation of why that could not be the problem. He walked away while the electrician was talking and eventually came back to say that he had called his office and they told him not to do the repair because it would not be under warranty based on his assessment. I have now been told that I need to get a report from the electrician and submit it to assurance. This is costly in terms of time and money, but I will follow through.

No show
The tech didn't come and closed the ticket saying not covered under warranty. Even though I am talking to my warranty company and they are saying it's covered. But they need a note for tech saying not repairable.

Worst company
I wish I can give zero star. I have purchased warranty through Assurant and I guess they work with Sears. They have been contacted since May, they either send a tech who doesn't know what they are doing or a tech never shows up and closes the ticket. Worst company.
