The technicians did a good job installing the new part, but left a bit of a mess of cinders and charred material that flew all over the hallway and nearby bathroom from the torch igniting some insulation, that I had to clean up. And the foam insulation on the pipes and metallic tape is cut up and not put back on very cleanly. But other than that they did a good job. The unit is still struggling to cool, I was hoping it would be cooling better soon after install, but maybe it just needs some more time

The tech Javodka was excellent and polite. The scheduling system is inflexible and will not give an appointment other than the expected day until the last minute, forcing you to keep a full day open

Disappointed. I have had younger service technicians that were a lot more thorough than what I got today. He touched all 9 appliances, test on each was alot briefer than I have ever had. You need people that have more energy to get the job done. Nice man; no energy to do a good job!

Stuart was very nice and polite, however it was evident that he was inexperienced. He spent about 2 hours here, most of it trying to contact supervisors and googling what to do. We showed him the cracked dishwasher drain hose, but his problem was that he couldn't figure out what to do without a serial number to give him an exact part match. He seemed to think he could not use a similar or generic part. Finally one of his supervisors told him to do just that - order a generic/similar part. Then we asked him to remove the old cracked drain hose and he couldn't. He said he would have to remove the entire dishwasher and he didn't know how to disconnect the electrical connection. So he could not have repaired the issue even if he had a part with him. In conclusion, I would recommend that he do service runs with a more experienced repair person for a while so that he gets the benefit of learning how to cope with situations that he was not presented with in training.
