Scott did show up and used 1-2 of the 4 items ordered. The refrigerator made popping noises after it was repaired. He came back and made some statement of what the noise is generated by. Polite, kind.

Overall, they did the job I needed which was repairing my refrigerator. They did miss my arrival window by over 2 hrs and didnt clean up all the mess they made after the repair was done.....but the tech did get me back up and running which I needed. I used this service twice, I'd use it again

Washing machine as leaking and repair service was out in a couple of days. Then the next day when I attempted laundry, the hot and cold settings were backward. Serviceman was out the next day and decided that another part was needed. Part ordered, but it took over 3 weeks for the part to be delivered. Service appointment set and machine repaired quickly. Just too long to receive the part needed.
