Prompt, quick repair, excellent service overall. Two days before my appointment Sears called to get my model number to ensure the parts would be available to the technician. On the day of service, as expected, the ice maker needed replacing and the necessary parts were already with the technician. He installed it quickly and explained what caused the malfunction of the broken parts. This was a home warranty service call and one of the best experiences we've had.

Both Robert and Daeton were very competent and did a great job! Both were very service oriented and good at communicating with me on when they would arrive. The only issue I had was with the scheduling system which did not have an online option nor a person answering the phone. The only option was an automated menu system with pre-recorded messages via a phone system. Received multiple text messages asking me to confirm my appointment when it was already confirmed!!! Other than that it was a great experience!!!
