The original service technician #0090829 as well as the follow-up technician Marcus (#0530832) both deserve 5 stars for their knowledge and professionalism. However, if I could give 0 stars to the scheduling arm of Sears Home Services as well as the extreme difficulty in navigating their auto answering service to get to a live agent I would. I'll never use this service again and probably will never buy from Sears again because of this encounter.
