Sam came in and was friendly and professional. He immediately understood the problem with our refrigerator, diagnosed it and attempted to repair it. When he determined it could not be repaired, he contacted our home warranty company and got an authorization to replace the unit. We could not have asked for better service — thank you!

The technician was on time, friendly, knowledgeable, and rectified the problem according to the situation as he explained it. I do not know if it is rectified permanently as only time will tell, but his explanation seemed logical and he was able to effect a solution that should provide uninterrupted service for a long while.
