Fixed refrigerator that was broke for over 3 months
We have been having issues for three months with various technicians who did not know what to do. Alberto was fantastic he actually wanted to fix the issue he opened the panel and realized that the wires were not connected hence fridge was not cooling. Thank you so much Alberto for fixing our fridge. It has been so inconvenient for us the past few months. Really appreciate. In the future if we run in to issues please don't send anyone wise except Alberto. He knows what cust service means.

He said his name was Kay and immediately removed his shoe as courtesy. Listen as we explained the problem. He turned on the stove top eye. It lit as he took time examining and explaining what happened and safety precautions to prevent damage. He seem very competent and knowledgeable in his work. I give 5 🌟. Thank 😊 you.
