Scottie attempted to contact me shortly after the initial beginning time of our appt (8-12) but was unable to reach me due to a quirk with my phone, However, instead of canceling the appt due to his inability to contact me he persisted and we were eventually able to connect with me later and arrived within a few minutes of that contact. The necessary part had been discussed with the "virtual assistant" as well as the intake person and Scottie had it on his truck so following verification that indeed the ice maker needed a particular part to work properly he installed it and everything was back to normal. Scottie's professionalism and thoroughness was greatly appreciated as was his skill at actually performing the task. Very pleased with the service provided.

We have been having issues for three months with various technicians who did not know what to do. Alberto was fantastic he actually wanted to fix the issue he opened the panel and realized that the wires were not connected hence fridge was not cooling. Thank you so much Alberto for fixing our fridge. It has been so inconvenient for us the past few months. Really appreciate. In the future if we run in to issues please don't send anyone wise except Alberto. He knows what cust service means.
