Ken was my service tech this morning. He called when he was on his way to my home. He was very professional. I showed him to our laundry room and explained to him about the noise on my washer. He replaced a valve and got my washer working like new again. And, after he asked about cleaning the filter out of my dryer. Then explain what to do and not to do on the automatic switches on my dryer. Ken was very informative about everything during his visit on what he came to service this morning. So, everything is working great now. Thank you again Ken!
