So pleased with this service. We'd been jerked around by multiple companies who'd diagnose the unit in ten minutes, charge us, and then watch it fail again by the next summer. Brian was the difference. He actually took the time to find the real problem instead of slapping a quick fix on it. Honest, thorough, and clearly knew what he was doing.
