Joey seemed upset he had to "drive so far". He was not prepared to go ahead and also do a tune-up as other repairmen have done. He asked me to help him move the tractor...a woman. And he did not put things back that we moved as others typically always. did.. The transaction did not add up to the amount he totaled and he seemed aggravated that I mentioned that and that he had to adjust it. He did get the mower running which I appreciate.

Terrible experience. Always thought that Sears was a reliable name for appliance repair but from start to finish (we're not even finished and it's been 3 weeks), it's been terrible. There is NO ONE to contact except an AI that is unreliable at best. It would make appointments then send out texts asking a question, which we would respond to, and then... nothing. First technician misdiagnosed our washer issue as a drain pump. Second technician came out to replace the drain pump, and our first wash load failed 20 min after he left. I had to request a *virtual* appointment to even have them come back out in person. Finally, Roy came out and he was the only redeeming thing that has happened. Told us our issue was not the drain pump and actually was the control board (said if it was him at the beginning, he would have recommended a new machine). Now another technician is here to replace the boards and I'm overhearing him on the phone asking someone how to do it. Unbelievable! Literally should have just bought a new machine at this point, but with time and money, we are now sunk in to this repair. Do yourselves a favor and call someone else!

We had a Sears repairman named Eduardo (he refused to give last name) come out to my house for a recall appointment. He didn’t check anything and said it would be a 600+ repair, he then said if we get the warranty through him he would note that there was no problem with the refrigerator but if we don’t get the warranty he would put that there was a problem with the refrigerator so we dont qualify for any future warranty. I asked him how he knows there was that specific problem with the refrigerator and he couldn’t give me the answer. I then asked for his last name and he refused and decided to walk out of the house and leave. It was the most unprofessional experience I’ve had and people like this should not be allowed in peoples homes or represent the sears brand as it seems he was wanting to make a warranty sale but not take any accountability for his inconsistency in reasoning, especially by refusing to give his last name. The interaction was video taped as well.

The technician (Ken) was great. He deserves 10 stars. The process to get him here was horrible. It took 5 weeks of Sears rescheduling my appointment (saying that the part had not arrived). Sears shipped the part to me house and I kept telling them that I had it. And that is not his fault. He is only allowed to make the call when he’s dispatched. Thanks Ken for fixing my washer.

Technician never gave me feedback on what was found. Evidence in my attic does not support what I learned from my warranty company. Everything seems very sketchy.

This repair is incomplete ! The dishwasher was not reinstalled properly causing the door to not open all the way. And when I load the dishwasher it is going to fall out of cabinet.
