$119 dollar service fee to be quoted $1100 for repair to the shock absorbers on my LG washer that cost $519 brand new. Parts were quoted around $350 so they wanted to charge $700 for labor.... I had a feeling that this would be throwing money away and expressed my concerns when scheduling the appointment and even told them that the problem was the shock absorbers. I was told "the national average of repair is $250". This is a scam and you're better off just buying a new washer, which I did as soon as the technician left. Learn from my experience and put your $119 towards a new appliance.
