Doug diagnosis the problem and gave me a dollar amount to repair but I declined the repair. With his help I was able to purchase a new dishwasher online which will be delivered on the 13th of November. After receiving the summary of his visit with a discount code I was able to make a phone call to get credit! He was so patient but most of all so professional and knowledgeable about the dishwasher that I purchased! Thank you
